Toronto Break Guide
Toronto is fun. With top-notch restaurants and theatre, museums and art galleries, there is plenty to see and do. The downtown skyscrapers mark Canada’s financial hub, but after hours, business folk swap suits for shorts and head outside in summer; in winter, they pull on parkas and ice skates. North America’s fourth-largest city, Toronto buzzes with 200,000 students and a population representing 200 nations. As well as ethnic restaurants, the food scene features some of Canada’s best chefs, all following the “fresh and local” mantra. Getting around is easy on the efficient transport system; Niagara Falls are two hours away.
To steer around the beautiful streets of Toronto, you need an equally elegant and a high torque performing car, one of these cars is the Nissan Juke. The Nissan Juke is a vehicle of interwoven design, particularly between different models of SUVs or Sedans, It is produced by the Japanese manufacturer Nissan since the year 2010. It’s first version was presented in the Geneva Motor Show in March. It also introduced itself to North America, for the first time, at the 2010 New York International Auto Show on its plan to be sold for the 2011 model year. It is named “juke” because of its high handling and turn ratio, to juke means to dance or change directions drastically, it got its name because of it demonstrating high agility throughout the streets.
The qualities that make it a must buy for young buyers is because it is cheaper, smaller and easier to handle. The Nissan Juke attends very well to that audience. Its style is very innovative when coming in comparison with other mainstream cars, it gives us a notion of moving on in a whole new direction, the engine includes a turbocharged 1.2-litre, naturally aspirated 1.6-litre and a 1.6-litre turbo make up the petrol usage. A Renault-sourced 1.5-litre diesel is also available for use. The Nissan Juke’s steering is very responsive when moving around the town, making the car feel light and nimble to control at both low and high speeds.
Another car that offers high maneuverability is the Nissan Altima. While it may appear difficult to handle as a car moving around tight streets, mostly because of its body size, it handles extremely well and performs well when it comes to speed. The Nissan Altima production line has been going on since 1992, it is known to be a continuation of another Nissan car bloodline called the Nissan Bluebird, which began in 1957. Since then, there have been five generations of the Altima model and the current generation is the 6th one.
The car boasts a 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine which can reach up to 248 horsepower in performance. The 6th generation of the Nissan Altima has intelligent mobility, which includes features such as Pro-Pilot Assist, Nissan Intelligent Around View Monitor, Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection System and Intelligent Lane Intervention which makes it easier to go around long drives without losing a sense of direction. Automated emergency braking with adaptive cruise control makes the car excel in safety areas. Overall, the Nissan Altima is a capable vehicle with a lot of space and safety that other cars of its category lack to some extent.
